Aidan Robertson is a Flash developer. He works primarily with AS3, the internet and has project coordination experience.
Since graduating from QUT in 2001 with a Bachelor of Communication Design, he has gained eight years experience working as a programmer primarily developing in Flash but also accross most facets of digital media. Aidan also has a long-standing interest in developing multimedia for public spaces.
Aidan commenced as a Multimedia Developer at the Queensland Art Gallery / Gallery of Modern Art in 2003, where the coordination and development of Flash-based interactives for the art museum become an intrinsic part of his employment. In 2008 he began employment as a developer at Liquid Interactive, a busy Brisbane digital production studio. Here he works almost exculsively with Flash AS3, but also works in AIR, AS2 and in web development.
With a strong and long-standing focus on Object Orientated Design and Programming, good problem solving abilities as well as a special interest in design and user experience, Aidan has the ability to develop genuinely useful and engaging new media.
Some of Aidan’s projects have won awards, including a Best in Show at the 2006 Queensland Design awards.

Aidan Robertson was born in the Queensland town of Mt Isa, before living in towns across Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia before settling in Brisbane.
These days he likes to travel, cycle, watch films or eat food. He also often likes to go wandering or kayaking outdoors.
He lives in Oxley, Brisbane.
